THE PROGRAM
What is Continuous Recovery?
Most recovery programs are episodic and last weeks or months. But studies show healing takes 3-7 years to fully form. Romans12two runs a continuous recovery program, staying with men until healing takes place.
FIVE STAGES
Men progress through a structured pathway
01
Initiation Groups
Entry-level group embedded in churches
Men begin by acknowledging struggle in community.
Men are introduced to core recovery skills and accountable community.
02
Reclamation Groups
Deeper, structured recovery phase
Men build daily and weekly disciplines ('DNAs') and meet 80% accountability standards.
This is serious recovery work.
03
Integration Groups
Year-plus discipleship group
Men address deeper trauma, spiritual formation, relational health, and identity transformation.
Healing expands beyond sobriety.
04
Commissioning Groups
Equipped to lead others into freedom
Men are equipped to lead others into freedom.
Many cycle back through earlier stages - now as leaders - extending the full arc to seven years.
WHY THIS WORKS
Sexual brokenness forms over years.
Continuous recovery matches that depth.
Healing becomes a way of life where men are:
WHAT MEN SAY
"I had tried programs before, but this was the first time someone stayed."
"For the first time, I wasn't alone in my struggle."
"My marriage didn't just survive - it's being rebuilt."
